The Relational Church

Its finally here!  Our soft-launch date is just a few days away.  This Sunday will be our first worship gathering in a public place at the Novi Public Library.

Our prayer partners can pray for protection as we start to invite more community members to visit our church and get to know us as people.  Also, pray for guidance and wisdom from the Lord, that we can represent him in a respectful and genuine manner.

Additionally, our musical worship will be taking on a different flavor as we will have a PA system to hook up to.  Please pray that God takes care of all the electrical ‘bugs’ that sometimes plague musical equipment.

We are about a month away from launching The Relational Church into the community!  On Sunday, September 13th, we will hold our first Sunday Morning Gathering at the Novi Library on 10 Mile Rd. just east of Taft Rd.  It is an exciting prospect for us, but one that needs prayer from our prayer partner team.  As we try to usher in the Kingdom of God in our local community, we will undoubtably face resistance from Satan, and the prayers of our friends and family around the country will most certainly be needed.

1 Corinthians 9:24-27 and Hebrews 12:1-4

In order to mentor or guide others to Christ we need to be in spiritual condition to win the race.  That means we need to exercise our faith often to build up a body of beliefs.  This will strengthen our minds and hearts for the challenges of living in this world.  Also, by training ourselves through the Scriptures we will build endurance to complete the race with full speed to victory.
